Service Description
Compassionate Parenting is about learning how to parent with your child, rather than constantly feeling at odds with them — whilst also learning how to stay connected to yourself. This course offers a compassionate, realistic approach to parenting that recognises how exhausting, emotionally charged, & confusing it can be. COURSE INCLUDES: * What compassionate parenting really means * How stress, fatigue, and the nervous system affect our responses as parents * Why we often react in ways we later regret — & how to interrupt that cycle * How to respond to challenging behaviour with firmness & care * Ways to set clear, loving boundaries without shouting, withdrawing, or guilt * How to practise self-compassion when parenting feels hard or messy * Simple reflective, mindfulness practices to support calm, clarity, & repair * How to handle the inevitable challenges with Grace & Power. Emphasizing progress, not perfection, we will learn practical tools to use in everyday family life. WHO IS THE COURSE FOR? * Parents/carers who care deeply about their children but often feel exhausted, reactive, or overwhelmed *Parents who want to move away from shouting, guilt, or “losing it” — without becoming passive or disconnected *Those who feel torn between different parenting approaches & want something more humane and sustainable *Parents who want to break unhelpful patterns they grew up with, without blaming themselves/others *Anyone who wants to parent with more steadiness, warmth, & self-trust You don’t need to be calm, mindful, or “good at meditation” to join. You just need a willingness to reflect, practise, and be kind to yourself along the way. There is no parenting-shaming here — just honest exploration and shared learning. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Compassionate Parenting 4-week Live Online Thank you for choosing to work with Whispering Wisdom. To help us create a respectful and supportive space, please read the following booking terms: 1. Session Times Sessions are 90 minutes and invitations to the Zoom meeting will be sent out prior to the session. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your chosen date, time, and whether the session is online or in-person. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens — I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded or rebooked. If you’re running late, I’ll hold the session for 5 minutes, but we may need to finish at the original time. 3. Payment Payment is due prior ro booking unless we’ve agreed otherwise. 4. Refunds Refunds are available for cancelled sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice, or if there’s an error on my side. 5. Wellbeing First If you’re feeling unwell or overwhelmed on the day, don't worry, there is a pre-recorded version of this course, so you won't miss anything. These sessions are here to support you, not add pressure.
