What is the course about?
A live online course, which offers you an introduction to the practice of mindful self-compassion. Sometimes we can forget to be kind to ourselves, so, in this workshop, we’ll explore how to turn toward ourselves with more kindness and goodwill — even (and especially) when things feel messy or difficult. The course includes guided practices, quiet reflection, in a warm, supportive space.​

Who is this course for?
This course is for you if:
• You’re kind, caring, and often hard on yourself
• You feel emotionally tired, stretched, or close to burnout
• You support others — in your family, work, or community — and rarely put yourself first
• You want practical ways to be gentler with yourself, without becoming self-indulgent
• You’re curious about self-compassion but unsure where to begin

No prior experience needed — come as you are.
