What is this course about?
This is a live, interactive Zoom course where we use journaling prompts to cultivate a deeper sense of mindfulness, clarity, and self-compassion. We work through guided writing exercises to cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and insight.

Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who enjoys journalling and wants to go a little deeper. As the all the writing practices are guided practice, this course is equally suited those new to journal writing.
So, no is experience needed — just curiosity.....and, of course, a pen and a journal for your writings.
