What is this course about?
This live, interactive Zoom course uses journaling prompts to cultivate a deeper sense of mindfulness, clarity, & self-compassion. We use guided writing exercises to cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness & insight.​
​Who is this course for?
Anyone who enjoys journalling & wants to go a little deeper. As all the exercises are guided practice, this course is equally suited those new to journal writing. So, no experience needed — just curiosity.....and, of course, a pen and a journal for your writings.​

Deepening self-awareness takes times, so the course includes Free access to the pre-recorded Contemplative Journaling course, allowing you to go deeper at your own pace.​
