Eco-Spiritual Sundays Online
A 90-minute online reflective gathering rooted in the relationship between self, others, and the living world
What it is
Eco-Spiritual Sundays is a 90-minute online reflective gathering rooted in the relationship between self, others, and the living world. Each session offers a space to slow down, reflect, and explore our lived experience through an ecological and spiritual lens, with simple journalling prompts and guided reflection.
Rather than teaching a fixed curriculum, each session focuses on a theme that helps us pay attention to how we are living, relating, and responding to the world around us. It's about how we personally develop the type of harmonious and meaningful relationship with Mother Earth that feels practical, balanced and authentic.....and a mindset and relationship with nature that reflects an attitude of stewardship and protection for future generations.
Who it is for
This space is for people who feel drawn to reflection, people who love nature and wish to find a deeper connection with the living world. You might be:
-
seeking a more grounded and connected way of living
-
feeling that modern living seems disconnected from the deep rhythms of life
-
seeking a deeper sense of harmony and balance with the living world
-
interested in mindfulness, ecology, spirituality, or contemplative practice
-
wanting time to pause and reflect in a supportive group space
No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to reflect.
What to expect
Each session includes:
-
a short guided introduction to the theme
-
guided meditations on the theme
-
sometimes we use journalling prompts, poetry, folklore, or seasonal practices and traditions to reflect on our connections with the living world
-
space for quiet reflection and optional sharing
-
a calm, structured environment held with care
You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you — listening, writing, or simply being present.
