This is a Self-Paced, Prerecorded course where we use journaling prompts to cultivate a deeper sense of mindfulness, clarity, and self-compassion. We work through guided writing exercises to cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and insight.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is for anyone who enjoys journalling and wants to go a little deeper. As the all the writing practices are guided practice, this course is equally suited those new to journal writing.
So, no is experience needed — just curiosity.....and, of course, a pen and a journal for your writings.
HOW TO ACCESS THE COURSE
Once you have purchased the course, you will sent an email with links to the 6 modules and you can watch these in any order, at your own pace. You will be able to rewatch the videos as often as you like. Purchasing this course gives you access for TWO YEARS, so there's plenty of time to work though the lessons and exercises.
