How it works

What sessions are like

Sessions offer a reflective space to explore how to bring more compassion into your relationship with yourself, others, and the living world. We look at what feels difficult or out of balance, and what might help you feel more steady, connected, and able to respond to life in a way that feels more like you.

You’re welcome to begin with a single session, or step into the 6-week mentoring journey for deeper, more sustained support and reflection.

The Six-week Mentoring Journey

The Three Connections describe our relationship with self, others, and the living world around us. When these relationships are in flow, we tend to experience balance, coherence, and authenticity. When they are out of balance, it can become difficult to find meaning, direction, or a sense of harmony in life.

This six-week mentoring process offers a structured exploration of how the Three Connections are unfolding in your life right now. We meet once a week for six weeks and revisit these key areas from different angles over the six weeks, creating space for reflection, insight, and practical change. Each session builds on the last, with space for integration.

Week 1 — Arriving and setting intention
We look at your life direction - exploring where you are in your life right now, what feels most present, and what you are being drawn towards. Noticing the distance between current experience and what feels more aligned, and beginning to clarify intention for the work together.

 

Week 2 - How you relate to yourself

Noticing how you speak to yourself, how you respond when things feel difficult, and the patterns that shape your inner life. We explore the ways you support yourself, and the ways you may criticize, ignore, or override your own needs.

 

Week 3 - How you relate to others

Exploring the patterns that show up in your relationships — including connection, distance, boundaries, communication, and emotional strain. Noticing what feels nourishing in your relationships, and what feels draining or difficult to hold.

 

Week 4 - Belonging in the living world

Exploring your sense of connection to the wider living world — through nature, place, and everyday experience. Noticing where you feel a sense of belonging or separation, and what helps you feel more rooted and present in life.

 

Week 5 - What helps things shift in real life

Exploring what actually supports change in your day-to-day life — including inner resources, small practices, choices, and ways of responding differently when things feel difficult or stuck.

 

Week 6 - Integration and what comes next

​Reflecting on what has shifted over the six weeks, what you are noticing now, and what feels important to carry forward. Exploring how to integrate the work in a way that feels realistic and supportive in your life.

You might be noticing patterns in how you relate to yourself and others that feel difficult to shift, or a sense of disconnection from what feels meaningful or important in your life.
